Within the framework of the European H2020 Programme for Smart cities and communities, the Dijon conurbation will renovate 30,000 m² of buildings in order to create energy-plus buildings, with assistance from social housing organisations and EDF. The project will feature many innovations that promote community self-consumption, energy efficiency and storage, electro mobility and circular economy. These will foster emergence of a smart city and sharing of renewable energies.
