“Engaged, concerned or indifferent; where are we on the subject of climate change?" Obs'COP, the International Climate and Public Opinion Observatory of EDF and Ipsos, answers this question and presents the results of the second edition of a large-scale opinion survey, carried out in 30 countries. This barometer draws up an international inventory of knowledge, expectations and levels of public engagement in the face of climate change, with one objective: to identify the degree of understanding of public opinion and to specify the actions to be taken in order to protect our planet resources.
