  • What are Electric Days?

    Electric Days are EDF’s innovation event showcasing the Group's latest innovations in the energy sector.

    For their 3rd edition, the Electric Days are reinvented as a 100% digital event. This is an opportunity for the public and EDF's stakeholders to discover the energy solutions of tomorrow, developed by the Group and partners, to jointly build a net zero future.

    On December 1st, will be available:

    • an entire day of live stream;

    • a digital exhibition of more than fifty innovations developed by the EDF group and our partners;

    • workshops;

    • an online recruitment e-forum, intended for students looking for an end-of-study internship;

    • on-demand content (videos, podcasts, etc.) accessible on the platform;

    • an instant replay function so everyone can discover or rediscover all the content of Electric Days, Digital Experience, after the live

    The day will end with the 7th edition awards ceremony of the EDF Pulse start-up Awards.

  • When will the content be available?

    All content will be available on December 1st. From now on, you can consult the program for December 1st, the list of speakers, the on-demand content, or even register for a workshop. On December 1st from 8:30 am (Paris time), this content will be enriched with all the innovations of the EDF group and the live broadcast.

  • In which languages is the content available?

    The content of the platform will be available in French and English. The live broadcast on December 1st will also be available in these two languages ​​with a live subtitling function, in French and in English.

  • How can I log in to the platform?

    The “logged-in mode” of the platform is reserved for participants who have received a personal invitation from the EDF group. This mode allows you to access the various interactive features during the live broadcast, chat with an expert or add content to your favourites. It also allows you to access and register all of the workshops offered on December 1st. If you have received an invitation, all you have to do to log in is to click on the auto-connection link received by email after registering. To receive this link again, click on the "connection" button and enter your email address. If you have not received an invitation, we invite you to continue browsing as you were:

    • To consult all content relating to the programme, such as the speaker lists, or the on-demand content beforehand;

    • To enjoy the complete live broadcast and discover all the innovations presented by the Group on December 1st.

  • I would like to be invited to Electric Days, how could I request an invitation to receive a personal connection link?

    To receive your invitation and your personal connection link, go to the "Connection" button and follow the invitation request process. Your invitation request will be confirmed to you as soon as possible.
  • Which browser should I use to browse the platform?

    In order to ensure smooth browsing on the Electric Days platform, we invite you to use the later versions of the following browsers: Safari (version 13.0), Chrome (version 84), Firefox (version 77) and Edge (version 82).
  • Where can I find the programme of the day?

    The programme of December 1st is available in the “Programme” menu.
  • Do I have to register to attend a conference?

    The content of the live broadcast is available without registration.
  • What formats will I find?

    The live broadcast of December 1st will include various highlights:

    • Interviews with public figures committed to a low carbon future;

    • Keynotes and roundtables with experts on various themes and innovative solution to fight against climate change and achieve a net zero future;

    • Innovation pitches presenting innovations developed by the EDF group and our partners;

    • The awards ceremony for the 7th edition of the EDF Pulse start-up Awards.

  • What is a workshop?

    A workshop is participatory content that complements the live programme. 4 different types of workshops are offered on December 1st:

    • 3 workshops only available on registration to guests having received a personal registration link:

    “The Climate Collage” to better understand the causes and challenges of climate change; “MyCO2” to calculate and optimise your individual carbon footprint; Workshops dedicated to start-ups and addressing their challenges, notably fundraising;

    • 1 "online recruitment e-forum" workshop, open to all participants and intended, upon registration, for students looking for an end-of-study internship.

  • How do I register for a workshop?

    The workshops are only available on registration. To register for a workshop, go to the dedicated workshop page and click on "Join" or "Register". As the number of places per workshop is limited, we invite you to book your time slot quickly. As places may become available by December 1st, we invite you to regularly renew your slot booking request.
  • How do I change or cancel my workshop registration?

    You can change or cancel your registration for a workshop by clicking on the dedicated button, in the confirmation email that you will have received following your registration.
  • What can I find in the “On demand” section?

    "On-demand" offers podcast and video content, showcasing the strategy and raison d’être of the EDF group, with emphasis on various innovative approaches.
  • When will this content be available?

    The content of this menu has been available for free and continuously since November 19th.
  • Can I download the contents of the “On demand” section?

    The contents of the section are not downloadable but are available continuously and for free since November 19th.
  • I can’t watch a video, what should I do?

    A problem with video playback can be related to several factors. We invite you first to check your internet connection and make sure that your possible firewalls do not block your access to the content of the platform. If the problem persists, we invite you to reconnect to the platform using a different browser from the following list: Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge.
  • What is CSR?

    Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is defined by the European Commission as the process whereby enterprises integrate social, environmental, ethical and human rights concerns into their core strategy, operations and integrated performance, in close collaboration with their stakeholders (EC Communication 2011). A company that practices CSR will therefore seek to have a positive impact on society, while being economically viable.

  • What is “My Favourites”?

    “My Favourites” is an individual and personalised space, reserved for invited participants (who have received a connection link), in which they will find their favourites and the content that sparked their interest.
  • How do I access “My Favourites”?

    Find “My Favourites” by clicking on the button displaying your first name, at the top right of the page.
  • How do I manage the content of my favourites?

    To add an item to "My Favourites", you just need to click on the heart located at the top right of an item from the programme and / or a podcast / video in the "On demand" menu. You can remove an item from your favourites, simply by clicking on the cross to the left of each item in the list.
